FREE:
No charge to attend the summit (lunch included). 

DEADLINES:
Attendees requiring lodging must register by Monday, March 3, 2025, at 4pm.
All other attendees must register by Monday, March 17, 2025.

Continuing Education:
5.3 CEs are approved for Social Work, Addiction and Prevention, and LPC. CE certificates will be provided to those who have signed into sessions and completed evaluations.

For WVCIA institutional members (from colleges and universities) traveling over 50 miles to attend – select your lodging requirements during registration. WVCIA will reserve rooms. Attendees requiring lodging must register by Monday, March 3. 

For Non-Members/Affiliated Organizations/Partners – WVCIA is not able to cover travel and lodging expenses. There is a block of rooms available at the Holiday Inn & Suites Charleston West under “CIA.” Code can be used when calling 304-744-4641, 1-800-Holiday, and on the IHG app.

Parking:

Visitors may park directly behind the Wilson Student Union in Parking Lot M, but due to construction occurring on neighboring buildings they may need to park in Parking Lots N, L, or K.  If those lots are full, plan on parking on the other side of campus and walking to the student union. There is no parking in yellow service vehicle spaces, designated parking spaces, and do not block the road or you will be ticketed.
